Let's reimagine your short term rental and make it SING! The competition is fierce, so let's bring potential guests to your property because they have fallen in love with the unique furnishings, decor, plates, cookware and dishes etc, illustrated in the new photos I will take (included in the fee). I will layer and edit the new furnishings/art/decor that I find along with what's already in your rental.  Enticed by bright and visually inspiring photos, guests will be clamoring to stay in your chic, hip and cozy property. 

I ADORE staying in short term rentals and have stayed in over 40 properties, all over the world. 

I am the master of finding inexpensive, creative pieces that lean into the history and charm of the area. Your property should feel like your guests home away from home. It should inspire and invite a high caliber guest who will appreciate your property and enhance their stay.

I will find and replace some of your furnishings with unusual yet comfortable pieces to elevate the space. I will take compelling photographs, highlighting the quaint little elements in the rental, as well as adding neighborhood suggestions for guests to visit. The full package!

The cost is minimal and enables you to raise your nightly rate. You will gain the cost of expenses back within a few months. ​This is a collaboration and we will formulate a plan together.

My ReDesign Rates:

Designing fee is between $1,000 and $1,500 max

Additional furnishing costs between $500 and $1,500 (Your budget dictates the costs!)

I will share all receicpts of each item I buy for your rental.

I can prep and easily install within two days - in between guest bookings.
